These terms govern your use of the SartioAI website and services. By booking a demo or using our service, you agree to them.
SartioAI provides an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, collects details, and books appointments for your business. Features depend on the plan you choose.
Fees are set out in your selected plan: a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. Call minutes beyond your plan allowance may be billed at $0.40 per minute. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled with 30 days notice.
If we are unable to connect SartioAI to your phone system and calendar within 7 days of your onboarding start date, we will refund your setup fee in full. This applies as long as you give us timely access to your phone system and calendar.
Integrations with third-party software (such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber) depend on your plan with that provider and on access they allow. We do not guarantee availability of any particular integration.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as the service relies on third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SartioAI is not liable for lost profits, missed bookings or indirect damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time with the notice stated above. We may suspend the service for non-payment or misuse.
